Know your VO2max.

Of everything you can measure about your fitness, VO2max is the number most consistently linked to a longer life. OxyScore measures it properly, tells you what it means, and trains it up.

OxyScore's Dashboard: a VO2max of 44.0 marked Above average, with fitness age 32, a percentile bar, and heart-recovery and resting heart-rate tiles.

Measure

Your Watch reads low.

Apple's passive estimate never sees a maximal effort and runs about six points under a lab test. OxyScore's guided field tests — Cooper, Rockport, and an indoor max-effort protocol — measure your real number and chart it against every passive estimate, so you can see the gap for yourself.

OxyScore's VO2max trend chart: grey passive Apple estimates climbing over three months, with a green verified field-test reading sitting clearly above them.

Train

Your week, planned for you.

One adaptive weekly goal — hard sessions and easy Zone 2 minutes sized to your fitness, stepping up when you're ready and backing off when you're not. Written in plain sentences by Apple Intelligence on supported iPhones, from your own numbers.

OxyScore's Workouts screen: a weekly plan of two interval sessions and 60 Zone 2 minutes, written in plain sentences, above goal progress rows with green ticks.

Understand

See what training does.

Your fitness age today — and where published training studies say eight weeks and a year of work could take it. Population research, clearly labelled, never a personal prediction.

OxyScore's reveal screen: fitness age 32 today, projected to 26 in eight weeks and 18 in a year, each projection with its study citation.

Keep going

Streaks. Levels. Monthly reports.

Weekly streaks with earned grace weeks, a training level that only real work moves, research-grounded achievements, and a longevity report at the end of every month.

OxyScore's Records screen: training level 9 with progress to the next level, upcoming achievements, and personal bests.
OxyScore on Apple Watch: the session list showing Norwegian 4×4, 4 × 4 minutes at 90–95% of max heart rate.

Coached on your wrist

Every protocol runs on Apple Watch with haptic cues — push, ease off, done. No screen-watching mid-interval.

Your health data never leaves your device

OxyScore reads from Apple Health and does all of its computation on your iPhone and Apple Watch. Your VO2max, heart data and profile are never uploaded, sold, or shared — there is no account and no OxyScore server. Your streak and weekly goals sync through your own private iCloud so a new phone doesn’t reset them; health data never does. Read the privacy policy →
